One thing to be aware of if you use this setting is that you should at least
stop the SMTP service and rename the main.mbx for the account that is
capturing and restart the SMTP service every month. I made a F*&!!
mistake by not doing this and relying instead on the Imonitor
notifitications for low disk space.

As a result, I lost over a year of capturing due to this. All the while the
date of the MBX file was changing
constantly.

I hope someone else will learn from my mistake.

Luckily I was able to recover most of it from user's local e-mail programs.
