This  isn't  Len's  definition, proof of Scott's note that the term is
far from crystal-clear.

What you're talking about depends on misbehavior by the remote server,
while  other  definitions  apply to "wildcard" mail sessions that have
not  been  previously added to a local historical database--regardless
of whether suspicious behavior is noted or not.
