I would suggest that you double and triple check this again then, because your server is obviously rejecting your outbound relay attempts. Either you do not have SMTP Auth enabled on the server (in the IMail Administrator, check the SMTP "Advanced" tab - the "Disable SMTP "AUTH" reporting" button should NOT be checked) or you do not have the IP address space you are sending from listed in the allowed relay list.
