Won't work because of the application he's
using. He uses a CRM application with its own mail client. Mailing
lists would be redundant and a little more than he could probably handle (he's
not that well versed and needs some hand holding most of the time with this
stuff).
I considered setting him up with IMail and letting
him use something like an alternate port relay service, but it won't work if
there is no way for IMail to send in batches. The CRM app won't do this,
as it just pumps out emails as fast as it can, so I need to have something queue
them and dole them out to the cable provider's SMTP server in limited
batches.
