I am one of the small businesses that was looking for a low cost alternative to Exchange. I had been excited about seeing an ADD-ON to IMAIL that might meet our needs.
However I am extremely disappointed at the direction Ipswitch has gone with this. This was a great product in it's modular form. Simply plug in the component you need to get what you want while also allowing for alternative products like Declude to fill other needs. I have Declude managing my antivirus and spam. I don't want the antivirus solution Ipswitch offers. The cost jump also seems to me to be way out of proportion with the added features. I seriously think Ipswitch should reconsider and stick with a modular approach.
