It is sad but true... I have called Ipswitch and they confirmed that there is no future for a stand-alone version of IMail Server. You must choose from one of the suites.
They are however, receiving many calls and taking note of any complaints or recommendations. Please take a moment to call and let them know what you like/dislike about the new options. Until something changes, hold on to your 8.x licenses, it may be the last of low-cost IMail solutions.
