They're shooting themselves in the foot.  Their add-on spam/virus must not
be competing well against Declude and they're willing to leave most of the
service provider customers behind.

They will not get a half-dozen or so service renewals I still support as
needed for long-time clients - and these are for the "sweet spot" SMB
customer they're targeting.  I doubt if my successor will recommend anyone
renew or upgrade with Ipswitch. I don't do this work "officially" anymore,
having taken another position quite a while ago.
