MailEnable and SmarterMail have migration utilities.   www.martekware.com also has an extraction utility...and there has been other discussion today on the list regarding migration tools (if you can find it amidst the clamor...<grin>).   For the price of the service agreement it looks you could have a completely new server with either of the above.
