Yep. We can complain all we want, but the bottom line is that IPSwitch wants
to exist in a different market. They're taking the chance that the losses
they suffer from existing users will be made up for by the new users. But if
they screw their existing customers, their reptutation will suffer, which
will tend to destroy what their trying to accomplish.
