This email server has many features not found in IMail, and if your clients
want to upgrade to the WGS features you can charge them a one time setup
based on how many they want, and a little more monthly so us poor folk can
also make a penny or two for our troubles and everyone is happy. As far as
IM goes, with Yahoo, MSN & ICQ already flooding the market for free, who
needs to host it?
Best feature I have found is that their email server is the easiest and
fastest one I've seen yet to move from one drive to another or to a
different machine. You could actually setup a hot backup of the files on a
different machine and if the first machine fails you could simply install
the server on the backup copy and be back up and running in minutes. Try
that with Imail, especially after a few patches :)

Those prices are for buying it direct. I'm sure it would be even less
through a reseller.
Plus they have Exchange Server Tools. Wonder if Ipswitch is positioning
itself to be acquired by Softalk to give them a more well known Email
Server engine?
