Up to now we have understood that we "must want" Symantec.

What's the problem?
I don't want discuss about who's the market leader or best on the AV sector
but many people love it to choose freely what they want. As I know this is a
very basic desire in the USA (and also in Europe :-)
As we can understand not realy much customers has choosen Symantec as their
preffered engine. The reasons was already metioned from other people on this
list.

Beside the financial aspect we still can't "go back" to an AV-filter like
the Imail addon module independent if used with Symantecs or Bitdefenders
engine. We've selled our service with some features that only third party
applications can offer. For example multiple scan engines.

As mentioned in one of my previous posts there is NO WAY to accept your
current offer. Not because I don't want but because I can't.
