Bad management (which seems to be the case here) can easily destroy a company of their size.

Well, Microsoft, Oracle, Seagate (Crystal reports - right before they sold it), IBM with some of their RS/6000 AIX e-servers, Citrix with Metaframe XP and windows NT support. There are so many that have done this in the past and are still around ... why do you think all this bitching on the board will change anything more than what they have already done?
