P.S. I noticed that there were many concepts with the same preferred name in 
Spanish which occurred when we did the SNOMED translations. We need to fix 
these before you go to 1.9. I have been changing them in the CIEL dictionary. 
We will be making incremental improvements over the next couple of months...
