Hello all: I would appreciate it, if somebody could send me their TrashFinder settings. I have lost tons of hair now because of installing TF. I continue to have dozens of letters trashed by TF every day that are valid letters to my customers. Apparently I have the TF filters set to aggressive or something is wrong. The most recent TF trash messages claimed "non standard html (X ML) found" and the other is "text after HTML markup" My customers are using Outlook and Netscape mail. I would be happy to send the entire trashed message to somebody to look over, but it will not go to the IMS list either. I cannot imagine why I always have these wierd customer problems that nobody else apparently has. It must be this black cloud over my head. Any help would be appreciated.
Please do not think I do not like TF and appreciate Randys work. I do not want to entirely disable TF or I will begin to receive 2000 more spam/day that I do not want.
