I only wish I could refuse all html email, but those days are long gone for me here.
I had to turn all of those triggers to "allow" when I first installed TF too. A ton of Outlook mail got trapped in mine in the first hour of TF being turned on. I now have "wrong content" and "HTML comments" enabled and am trying those out. I am trying to make my way through turning each one on and seeing how my luck goes. I know the "all HTML content" and a couple of others were way too restrictive for the users on my systems here.
