Erm... IMO these two (and the calendar client "SunBird") could be
replaced with "Seamonkey" (originally called "Mozilla") - it's the same
engine ("Gecko") but consumes ~~40-70MB _less_ memory compared to
running FireFox/Thunderbird (yes, I know... "FireFox" is "hit&&cool" as
someone else said earlier - but using "Seamonkey" would be far more
economical from both "memory footprint" and "disk footprint" views).
