Given that the (snipped) list was of components that were both closed
*and* non-redistributable, I would have thought the fact that ksh88 is
hard or impossible to include was obvious.  Given the stated goals
regarding redistributability.

That said, I want no part of yet another foolish ksh93 based argument,
so tag, you're it. :-)
