Correct.

Exactly.  This project is behaving as far as I can tell exactly the
way we expect projects to behave: creating prototypes, experimenting,
and making decisions.

When (and if) the project is ready to do so, I trust that it'll come
for ARC review, and the rest of the community will be able to comment
on this change.

For the time being, if you care about the directions this project is
exploring, the join the project team.  Don't complain to the OGB.
