IANAL either, but while doing this might or might not be technically
useful (I prefer the current PATH solution myself), it's not very
helpful to end up with a bunch of ultra-whizzy best of all worlds
binaries that you may not be able to distribute without violating
license terms.

Not a trademark issue, removing the OGB list as well.
