I can't speak for the technologies, but I think there's a *lot* of knowledge in existing packaging efforts that can be utilized. As you'll probably note for pkg.opensolaris.org, most of the packages on Indiana were leveraged from Solaris Express efforts. As time goes on though, you'll see Indiana benefiting from initiatives like Blastwave and spec-files-extra. In case it wasn't obvious, I'm massive confident in wanting to achieve what we all commonly want - application availability, and I trust Stephen, Danek and co 100% in providing that infrastructure to make it possible.
