Not quite... NVIDIA is allowing redistribution obviously, and there
are a few things that aren't open when building ON. Sun Studio itself
is mostly redistributable, at least runtime libraries are. Yes it's
not free as in liberty, this is an issue, but for now it's how it is,
I don't think being extremely liberal on the spectrum makes you look
professional though.
