Virtually none.  A proposal needs to show up within days in order to be 
contemplated for this release.  Changes that are low effort for the 
packaging and installation teams, which are already fully-scheduled, and 
low risk are more likely to be accepted.  High effort and/or high risk 
makes it much less likely.
