Hi,
Boot on your CD and use zpool import and zfs destroy instead of beadm
destroy.

hello,
yesterday, i tried to upgrade my os2008.11 (release) to dev
repository, but it failed due to filesystem full during the install
phase. After booting in single-user, i am able to delete the zfs
dataset relatred to the new incomplete BE, because beadm failed when
there is no space.
My question is: "why the installer doesn't prevent that there will be
a problem if space isn't sufficient?"
The actual space on my disk is:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
rpool/ROOT/opensolaris-nv
13G 12G 1.4G 90% /
as you can see, i have a small partition, and i wonder how many files
i have to delete before install will succeed?
thanks in advance,
gerard
