Usually it's an online poll - where anyone is welcome to submit.
Interesting to see Evolution at so low a %, though probably not
surprising given the active work occurring in Thunderbird right now. I
think the hard part is trying to figure out what consequences removing
the GUI part of Evolution would make ie. which bits rely on e-d-s and
what impact would that be to the user interface.
