We have the security agent installed on everything. I did it myself. But it does not always show up on the lightspeed management console. And what is the TTC Identification service. And how do I do that?

We still are not getting any users to show up on our reports when using terminal services. Also we do not get a lot of users showing up on stand alone computer either. Is there some setting that I'm missing for that. I know I need to get the LSGuide installed on the terminal server first.
