I'm like the lion in the paddle-pop ad. I want it all! I keep moving from one
area of my life to another and it drives me insane. At the very least, it keeps
me awake at night. Monday I read the article. Tuesday I taught the class.
Wednesday I'll be into aged care. ... What does God mean between primary school
and dementia?

I'm no expert in educational psychology, just a smattering of that years ago.
Yet I found one of the best lessons I ever had with this class was when I
dropped the teacher's book, spoke straight from the head and heart and
illustrated it all on the whiteboard. Then the questions started flying thick
and fast and the kids wouldn't let me out of the class till 10 minutes overtime.
The class teacher collaborated. Wanted me to stay and answer their questions.
.... Best lesson I ever taught.

Yeah, me too.
