Hi Behcet, The argument I heard in Paris meeting for including a recommendation is to help vendors to select the solution to implement in their devices. They can not provide the same feature using 8 implementation options. That argument makes sense to me.
Now, as I said earlier, I will remove or maintain that section according to the guidance from the WG.
