The vertical axis is measured by percent of total bandwidth. But it is hard
to compare one hunderdred 100% of a T1 with 30% of a DS3 on a single chart.

It would be nice to have the *option* of setting the upper numberic boundry
value of the vertical axis so that I could to the following....

Set the total value of a chart to 45Mbps (or 150Mbps for instance).
Have the vertical axis report usage based on bandwidth consumed for each
circuit within the graph.
Have the ability to set "threshold" dividers at specific numberical values
such as 1.5.

It is clear that comparing an OC3 with a T1 would produce an unreadible
graph, but comparing 45Mbps circuits with circuits consuming 4.5, 9, 10.5
and 12Mbps would be very useful for us and our customers.

I am well aware that there are many times when this is not the desired view
and that percentage of available bandwidth would still be the desired graph.
