appreciate your experience but with our maps - there's nothing there.  We
actually have pretty simple straight forward maps - but lots of them.

I mean - heck, the screen gets scrunched down to see the endpoint because it
is maybe 2 "Screens" away!
When I find it - it is just hanging out there in the breeze all by itself.

When that happens to me, it's usually because the new interface snaps  
into an existing network (same IP range, or something similar) that I  
had previously hidden on a different device.  It doesn't always draw  
the old links (heck sometimes it still doesn't draw the network circle  
-- although that's less frequent, they've worked on squashing that bug).

Not saying that's the case with what you're seeing, but most of the  
time when I go "now why'd it do _that_!" there's _something_ over  
there that it attached to.
