What didn't it like about E:\IM_Database? I don't see any problems with
that path. When you visit the DataCenter web interface, what does it
say the database is doing?

When I started the database, some processes continues to run the CPU up to
100%. The processes that are eating up the cpu is postgres.exe and imdc.exe
It been about 30 mins since I've restarted the database service and they
continues to use up the cpu. This is affecting the polling. The maps are
reporting packet loss on devices.
