I was receiving this message when I added that path:  "The specified database 
location is not a valid PostgreSQL database folder".  Once I changed the path 
it said I needed to restart the database.

Hi Patrick,

What didn't it like about E:\IM_Database?  I don't see any problems with 
that path.  When you visit the DataCenter web interface, what does it 
say the database is doing?
