I don't think you understand the order of operations here. We can't
bundle something that doesn't exist. New features show up in PHP by 1
of 2 paths. 1. An existing PHP developer has a need/requirement for a
certain feature, so he implements it. 2. An external developer shows up
with an interesting feature and it gets adopted and he/she joins the
project. I think you are looking for an option 3 here. You are stating
a need and hoping someone will write something. That pretty much never
works on anything except trivial things.
