I think this is part of the problem. The material from the RFC's
should be used as a source to update the core documentation? Rather
than another pile of notes.
It's not a problem. We point them to the wiki so they can see the
rationale behind the change. This potentially reduces user
frustration. Our documentation should not have that rationale.
