Am having the exact same problem and am in contact with the Dutch distributor. Seems somewhere there are some confusing matters going on regarding loggin on, which domain to use etc. Perhaps an idea for the documentation to be more extensive?
Have you checked to see if any of the messages as sent are on the server? We can see them there, but somehow they aren't sent on to the clients. thanks Nic.
