Yes the message do show up on the server in the "Conversation Store".
There isn't a refresh button for the Store, so I have to restart the
server app to see the new messages. The client doesn't see the IM but if
you log the client off the server and then log back in the client will
show it received offline messages and ask if you want to view them.

Internet network

Am having the exact same problem and am in contact with the Dutch
distributor. Seems somewhere there are some confusing matters going on
regarding loggin on, which domain to use etc. Perhaps an idea for the
documentation to be more extensive?

Have you checked to see if any of the messages as sent are on the
server? We can see them there, but somehow they aren't sent on to the
clients.

thanks

Installed the demo on a valid internet ip and installed the clients on a
private ip network segment. The clients can attach to the server but
will be disconnected from the server after a length of time. Also the
clients show the status of each other in "unknown state" and cannot send
instant messages back and forth. You do get the messages when you log
off and back onto the server. Can this setup exist without any changes
to the private network? If not what changes need to take place?

Thanks
Mike Wiegers
