Thanks Rick, The clients are behind a standard router. I do have blackice server installed on the server side and opened 5177. New to this also, so not sure what all to do yet. Just joined the group and didn't find this list Archived yet (page not found). Still testing...

I know the help file just mentions 5177 but maybe the 5178 is a spur port needed to maintain noop checks, etc. So if you have any routers, client side software firewalls, server side ACL's etc. you'll need to ensure that these ports are open.
