I do like the product.. that's why we purchased it... I feel confident that
IPSwitch has been burning the midnight oil with the presented issues.  They
have been able to duplicate 1 our issues, main form help button doesn't
work, and are working on a fix.  I'm curious though if it is something with
our server or os.. or perhaps just a bug...

As an additional.. down the road feature, I think the product would be
further enhanced if they could add a 'client' option that would
allow/disallow others to contact them.

Is there a point of contact for wish list items?
