no. i'm assuming that the days when the DFZ was the center of the internet are going to end some day. ad-hoc networking, neighborhood networking, city networking, personal networking. folks will use NATv6 or proxies or PI or PA when they're going through the DFZ. a lot of the time ULA-C will be all they need.
