Review Comment:
I considered adding TLS use-cases, but I decided against it as I don't think
it's necessary. As far as I'm aware there are just 2 TLS use-cases:

   1. TLS termination
   2. TLS pass-through

With TLS termination the proxy handles the TLS work and forwards non-TLS
connections to the broker. As far as the broker is concerned I'm already
testing this use-case.

With TLS pass-through the proxy doesn't do anything meaningful with the
connection which means the broker doesn't need the PROXY protocol to know the
client's true connection details. The broker treats it just like any other
direct TLS connection.

Did I miss anything? Is there a use-case that you think is worth testing?

> [HAProxy|http://www.haproxy.org/] is a widely known and used TCP Load
> Balancer and especially useful for an ActiveMQ Artemis clustered environment.
> Although possible to functionally implement with both products current
> features, Artemis does not support the PROXY protocol, which prevents it's
> broker nodes from inferring the real remote client IP address when behind an
> HAProxy instance.
> Since Netty sockets implementation already seems to support this protocol
> (discussed w/ [~jbertram] on DEV mailing list), it shouldn't be a big leap to
> adding support for the protocol on Artemis acceptors, thus improving the
> deployment of the use case at hand.
