In Calcite we have standardized on "sub-query" being two words. Therefore
camel-case names like {{removeSortInSubquery}} should be
{{removeSortInSubQuery}}. Can you change, please. If you do it quickly you can
force-push an amend commit.
Also post a link to the commit when you mark a bug fixed.
