### Apache Hop version? 2.17 ### Java version? 10.17 ### Operating system Windows ### What happened? I have created a new pipeline with a "dimension lookup/update" and "dummy". After that i have connected the two of them per Errorhandling (red line) and saved the pipeline. Then I now delete the "dummy" in the gui and save the "transform_error_handling"-tag in the xml-file still exists. Even worse then i now run the pipeline with data the "dimension lookup/update" gets green even though all my rows had an error.
