   Fixed. The empty-table test now uses the shared `kInvalidSnapshotId`

Review Comment:
   Fixed by removing `FinishAndImport`. `ReadAllBatches` now accepts 
`ArrowArrayStream&&` and transfers stream ownership to the Arrow reader.
