The wizard could definitely run git rev-parse HEAD and check. Should be safe
enough.
Do you know what would happen if we run a RC1, and stage artifacts in Nexus,
then the vote fails and we build a RC2 - would there then be two sets of
artifacts in Nexus, so you'd have to delete the oldest one and publish only the
latest? Guess there are several alternative workflows for this. I think as a
first step I'll just validate git hash in wizard and keep the flow close to
what we have had. Then it is possible to streamline this futher in the future.
