Though then I worry folks will think it's a full on indexing solution..... but... Until now we have pitched the SimplePostTool as a dev tool, and discouraged from relying on it in production use. Do you think that will change now that it becomes an official tool in bin/solr? I'm ok with people using it to script a small environment, but I'm not prepared to handle bug reports for the file traversal, web crawling or error handling parts of the tool.
