You are correct that we offer purposeful mutable tags now. While the internet is moving away from such practices and toward pinning, but that is mainly a deployment time choice by users, we can still offer those tags. Users tagging with sha `solr:10.1.0@sha256:9b7d...41c0` will likely use the full version. I agree that we'd likely need to support `solr:9.11`, `solr:10-with-patches` and the like as well, which means we only need to look for the very first numeric part of the tag. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
