Just to elaborate on RUPS running on windows system.
1. The jar file is not executable, at least not with an older itext version
(5.0.3) included in the same folder.
2. Another issue is when trying to open a secured PDF with the exe, it
throws an ClassCastException by not finding the indirect references to the
bouncycastle API.
I haven't tried to run RUPS from within Eclipse to see if there are any
issues with encrypted files.
