Just to elaborate on RUPS running on windows system.

1. The jar file is not executable, at least not with an older itext version (5.0.3) included in the same folder.

You should get the jar that has the dependencies inside ( http://repo.itextsupport.com//itext/com/itextpdf/itext-rups/1.0.0/itext-rups-1.0.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar )

But this one does not have the bouncy castle dependencies inside, so the exe won't have that either. ( I don't know if it's legal to bundle bouncy castle in it. If it is legal, I'll fix that )

If you get just the rups jar, you need to add itext 5.1.0 (or maybe higher works too ) and bouncy castle jdk15-1.46 to the -cp argument of the command line invocation

2. Another issue is when trying to open a secured PDF with the exe, it throws an ClassCastException by not finding the indirect references to the bouncycastle API.
