Hi, Marco. It turned out that CustomerUserSearch and UserSearch return quite different data structures. I resorted to convert UserSearch to the form of CustomerUserSearch. I could choose the found results and save the CI to DB.
You need 2 files (attached). Kernel/System/ITSMConfigItem/XML/Type/Agent.pm Kernel/Output/HTML/ITSMConfigItemLayoutAgent.pm Let me know your results.
