Look for a manufacturer name on it, seems if 39 and 47 work, its most likely 
an LG tuner, but would be good to confirm -- could also be a Philips MK3, or 
who knows what else (can't believe how many different PVR-150 tuners have 
crawled out of the woodwork lately ;-). Then you're looking for a model 
number, something similar to TAPC H791F (if its an LG tuner).
