Is it possible to change the volume on PVR-150 cards? I'm trying to decrease
mine a bit because some of my recordings are producing a slightly distorted
sound, and the volume from 150 recordings is quite noticably higher than my
350 recordings.

I checked their settings:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $ sudo ivtvctl -d /dev/video1 -Y
ioctl: VIDIOC_QUERYCTRL
Brightness = 127
Contrast = 63
Saturation = 63
Hue = 0
Volume = 65535
Mute = 1

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $ sudo ivtvctl -d /dev/video0 -Y
ioctl: VIDIOC_QUERYCTRL
Brightness = 127
Contrast = 63
Saturation = 63
Hue = 0
Volume = 58950
Mute = 0

Video1 is my 150 and video0 is the 350. I then tried setting my 150 volume to
the same value as my 350, and it claimed it worked, but it didn't seem to:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $ sudo ivtvctl -d /dev/video1 -y volume=58950
ioctl: VIDIOC_S_CTRL
ioctl: VIDIOC_S_CTRL success

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $ sudo ivtvctl -d /dev/video1 -Y
ioctl: VIDIOC_QUERYCTRL
Brightness = 127
Contrast = 63
Saturation = 63
Hue = 0
Volume = 65535
Mute = 1

In Myth, I was going to try decreasing the recording volume for the 150, but
the recording profile covers all PVR cards, not each individual one. Maybe
Myth is trying to set it, but it's just not taking it?

Any ideas?
